Elvish Yadav booked by Gurugram Police: The troubles of YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav are not showing any signs of ending. Gurugram Police on Saturday (March 30) registered a case against Elvish Yadav and singer Rahul Yadav alias Fazilpuriya for illegally using snakes and using abusive language during the shooting of the song 32 Bor. A case has been registered under section 294 of IPC at Badshahpur police station in Gurugram.

According to news agency ANI, SHO Satish Deshwal of Badshahpur Police Station said that an order was received from the court that an FIR should be registered against Elvish Yadav and singer Fazilpuriya under Section 156 (3). After this, FIR has been registered under IPC, Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Wildlife Protection Act.

Will send notice after verifying the records

The SHO said that the snake was used and brutally treated. Now the records will be obtained and those received will be verified. He told that only after record verification and investigation, further notices will be sent to them (Elvish Yadav and singer Fazilpuriya).

Complainant provided video link

The police officer said that a video link has been provided by the complainant. On the basis of this link and by jointly calling the complaining party, evidence will be collected from them. After this further action will be taken.

Alvish Yadav is on bail from a Noida court

YouTuber Elvish Yadav was recently granted bail by a Noida court in the snake venom case. Now, the FIR lodged by the Gurugram Police regarding the use of banned snakes in another video has further increased their problems. This case has been registered in compliance with an order given on the petition filed in the court by animal rights activist Saurabh Gupta. This video was shot by Elvish Yadav in a mall in Gurugram, against which Saurabh Gupta had approached the court.
